Notes:

1.If you pay by credit card or debit card, we will receive temporary authorization to charge your card once you have completed the payment process. We will charge you when we ship your order or when the temporary authorization ends, whichever comes first. Temporary authorization periods for different payment methods are listed below:

If a PayPal dispute occurs before shipment, the order will be held because PayPal will withhold payment under such circumstances. Please settle the dispute to proceed with the order.

SalesTax
We will collect applicable sales tax on goods shipped to the states for which we determine we have a duty to collect sales tax. If an item is subject to sales tax, you agree that the amount of taxes shown at checkout may be adjusted to comply with our obligations to collect such taxes. You are solely responsible for all sales taxes and other associated taxes.

For your protection, orders are subject to MERACH's verification procedure. You may be asked to verify that you are the card owner or that the order information is legitimate. MERACH reserves the right to refuse an order if the order or payment information is not verifiable. If so, a refund will be issued via the same method you used to make your payment.

Time of payment
Your credit card, or other method of payment provided, is charged at time of order placement in order. This allows us to start the processing and preparation of your shipment. While your order processing typically takes 1-2 business days for processing, during high demand or peak season, you may experience 3-7 business days of processing after your payment before your order is shipped out.
