30-DAY HOME TRIAL

We stand by our product and offer a 30-day Home Trial money-back guarantee.

Eligible 30-Day Home Trial：

1.Must be within 30 days of delivery and must be shipped with the original packaging

2.Products must be with no damage and able to resell

3.The returned package is complete, including accessories, gifts, and

Products or accessories with no excessive wear and tear.

RETURNING YOUR MERACH PRODUCT

Because of the size and weight of our fitness products, If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your MERACH Product.

Returns must be approved and will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $100-350 depending on your location.

All other returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be shipped with the original packaging.

If your MERACH Product is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, MERACH reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at MERACH’s sole discretion.

Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:

  • × A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
  • × Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
  • × Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
  • × Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.
  • × A product is not delivered to MERACH within seven 7 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from MERACH.
  • × Other circumstances stated in this policy.

ABOUT RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If OUR error, We support product replacement, product reissue, or full refund

MERACH would pay for the cost of return shipping if the reason for return was the result of OUR error. Examples of instances may include:

1.The item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part

2.We shipped out the wrong item

3.We shipped it to the wrong address

4.We shipped a duplicate order

5.Item malfunctioned during the 30 day returns period

IMPORTANT: For items that arrive damaged or are defective, YOU MUST contact MERACH Support Within 24H and provide video/photos to support your claim that the item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning.

If a customer refuses or fails to send photos/video of a claimed malfunctioning/damaged item, this return will be treated as "buyer’s reason" and MERACH reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at MERACH’s sole discretion.

Step 2 Select the subject of return and refund

Step 3 Offer the order number, tracking number, and item photos with the original packing.

Step 4 Return the item after the support team approved your refund request

The refund policy applies to items purchased directly from MERACH office website (https://www.merachfit.com). If you purchased MERACH items from a different retailer, please refer to their store refund policy.

All other returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be shipped with the original packaging. MERACH is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

The refund (less shipping and restocking fees) will be applied to your original payment method once the return is processed in our warehouse

 

How long do refunds take to process?

Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. When we receive the full return Package, the refund process will be completed in about 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
