Customers may request to cancel their order within 48 hours of placing it by contacting our support team at support@merach.com.
As long as the order has not yet been shipped and the request is made within this 48-hour window, the cancellation will be considered valid.
Once we receive the cancellation request, the merchant will process it within 24 hours, completing the cancellation and issuing a refund.
If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, customers may follow our standard return process to initiate a return.
Because of the size and weight of our fitness products, If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your MERACH Product.
Returns must be approved and will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $100-350 depending on your location.
All other returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be shipped with the original packaging.
If your MERACH Product is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, MERACH reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at MERACH’s sole discretion.

If OUR error, We support product replacement, product reissue, or full refund
MERACH would pay for the cost of return shipping if the reason for return was the result of OUR error. Examples of instances may include:
1.The item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part
2.We shipped out the wrong item
3.We shipped it to the wrong address
4.We shipped a duplicate order
5.Item malfunctioned during the 30 day returns period
IMPORTANT: For items that arrive damaged or are defective, YOU MUST contact MERACH Support Within 24H and provide video/photos to support your claim that the item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning.
If a customer refuses or fails to send photos/video of a claimed malfunctioning/damaged item, this return will be treated as "buyer’s reason" and MERACH reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at MERACH’s sole discretion.

The refund policy applies to items purchased directly from MERACH office website (https://www.merachfit.com). If you purchased MERACH items from a different retailer, please refer to their store refund policy.
All other returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be shipped with the original packaging. MERACH is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
The refund (less shipping and restocking fees) will be applied to your original payment method once the return is processed in our warehouse
Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. When we receive the full return Package, the refund process will be completed in about 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
