I bought it as a present for my wife and she loves it. Tried it as soon as arrived and so far she is impressed. Easy to use, definitely you can tell its built well and the quality is great. I am planning to use it as well if she let me 😂 thank you and definitely recommend it.
I absolutely love this vibration plate. I bought it to add something new to my workout routine. I do many of my workouts standing on this machine and I feel the added resistance. Push-ups and Hamstring Bridge are my two favorites.
I am very happy with the size of this machine. I have had others that are much heavier. This one is easy to move anywhere and takes up minimal space.
It is also very quiet and easy to operate. I love to cycle through walk, run, sprint mode. The remote control makes it even easier to change the speed quickly.
I move the machine to my sink so I can stand on it while I do my bedtime routine. (Brush and floss my teeth, wash my face and body brush).
So far so good. Easy to use and set up. Introduction manual is clear. I feel my muscles activated when I use it and I’m excited to see a difference soon!
