Nice item easy to use
The product doesn’t take up a lot of space at home and it is very easy to set up. The instructions clearly stated where to insert each part with pictures included. It took me about 10-15 minutes to put them together. The product is easy to navigate and there is a booklet teaching you how to use the product in various ways. Thus, this product is suitable for beginner as well. Overall, I am satisfied with this product.
First very easy to assemble 5-10 mins if that. I use it 15-20 each day on just abs and roughing together.
It’s great for abs and each to move from one work out abs longe to sit and twist. I also like to turn from that and due the leg longes. I is a nice little gym for at home. Doesn’t take to much room. I leave it up so that it’s a reminder to use. I see it in the morning, and get on it before work or is tired after dinner I jump on.
It is exactly what I wanted and it works very well! I love it!
