Ordering the treadmill was easy. We had seen great reviews and ordering directly from Merach gave us the best deal. When the treadmill arrived the box was heavily damaged. We contacted Merach and they worked with us to record the damage and ensure that the machine was working fine in case we had issues later with the treadmill. It was easy to assemble and set up and is working beautifully. My fiancée loves it and is using it every day.
I love it. It’s very quiet and feels very smooth. And I love the cup holders and the fact that the desk is deep enough for my laptop.
And… if you live in a walk up like me, get help to carry it upstairs because it’s heavy in the box. But totally worth it.
Assembly wasn't difficult. However, screw holes securing handles to vertical frames were not aligned and made it difficult to secure the handle. The T12 treadmill works well. It's sturdy and is a good fit in our fitness area.
I LOVE this treadmill! I’m so happy I went with this one, especially compared to the walking pad I had before.
Setup was super easy (according to my husband 😂), and the app is really cool too. I love being able to track my workouts and progress right from my phone.
The biggest difference for me is how STURDY this treadmill feels. My husband is around 250 lbs, and he actually feels comfortable getting on and using this one. With my previous walking pad, he stepped on it once and immediately felt like he was going to break it. 😂 This one feels so much more solid and well-built.
My old walking pad also left black marks on my carpet, so out of caution I bought a treadmill mat for this one. Honestly, I probably didn’t even need it because this treadmill sits up high enough off the floor that it doesn’t seem like it would be an issue.
And the AUTO INCLINE!! 🙌🏻 I absolutely love that feature. It makes such a difference and is so convenient.
Overall, this has been an amazing purchase. It feels sturdy, setup was easy, the app is great, the incline feature is awesome, and even my husband uses it. I’m very, very happy with it and would absolutely recommend it!

This is my first purchase of a piece of gym equipment. I needed something for extra cardio at home, to augment my gym training. I researched for several months and decided on this treadmill. I was apprehensive, considering I live in a small condo, but this treadmill folds and doesn’t take up much of a footprint. I am amazed at how well it is made and all the features it has, including the heart rate monitor! My only regret is that I didn’t purchase this sooner!
I was absolutely amazed at the quality of this Treadmill for the price that I payed. This is really a good deal. It was so easy to assemble and it came with all the tools needed. If anyone is looking at getting an Incline Treadmill you won't be disappointed.
Right at this time, and since we got the treadmill, it's great and great value too. East to use and relatively easy to setup. I recommend moving it to the location where you will keep it and/or use it as it's not easy to move thereafter and is quite heavy. It has been used every day since we got it and the programs are really good to ease you in if you are new to this sort of equipment and if you're only starting out on your exercise and getting fot journey. We have not used the incline settings yet but I have set them up as if going to use them. I did this just to see how easy or difficult it would be. It's really straightforward. We are sticking to walking and running on the flag for now but do plan to use the incline settings once we are more accustomed to using the machine and more comfortable with out level of fitness. I would also recommend starting off slowly and gradually building up over time to avoid either hurting yourself or getting to the point you are put off as it appears to be too much. Slow and steady wins the race. The screen is really good too and easy to understand. I would thoroughly recommend this item based on it's current performance and ease of use.
I love the sleekness and the convenience of it. But when the belt folds abd i kick the hook to bring it down, it does not come down on its own unless i pull on it a little
Took 30 mins to setup. It fits through the door when moving around the house. Pretty solid. Auto incline excellent. Tread was pretty tight. Kinda narrow though i kept stepping on the side. All buttons self explanatory easy. Download the app. Signup. Connect to machine and explore. It works!!!! I like it! I ran the new york scene 5k on my ipad. Awesome. The app connectivity is exactly what i was looking for, only complaint i have is its kinda narrow. I shoulda got the 18 inch at least but i just be careful and its a good machine! I hope it lasts!!!!!!!
Great basic treadmill! It was easy to put together and works well. We wanted a lower cost, smaller size treadmill and this has met all our needs. I highly recommend this. It’s sturdy and easy to use. There are a number of programs that you can use or just adjust the speeds manually. Unless you’re a very serious runner, you probably don’t need anything more than this MERACH.
The treadmill itself seems sturdy , one part was less than perfect but the company was very good about it. Customer service is exceptional to deal with. The machine is sturdy and well build. The lenght of the treadmill itself width is reasonable, could do with 2/3 inches more if you have a big stride but its pleasantly quiet for a treadmill, even the footfall is not loud. Good for light jog and walk. Only takes one brief sitting to work out the programming once put together. I only use a few selected but Instructions are comprehensible. BEWARE The box is heavy. Get the £5 unboxing if female seriously it will save trouble. CHECK THE PIECES BEFORE ASSEMBLING THOUGH one small piece was chipped but the company were exceptional about it. Been usuing a few weeks now with no complaints. The stand is good for tablet and/or pc if want to work and walk.
I was trying to yo find a treadmill accessible to my budget but functional abs easy to assemble this one it is the right for my budget and also for exercise it is stable and smooth and it easy to storage I will definitely will recommend it
Works great. Be sure your outlet have the right voltage or it'll short out the outlet but thats common sense really. (I shorted out my outlet... shhhh) but perfect for me as I just wanted something with a slight incline to walk on everyday I do wish you could do more with the screen but can't beat this for the price
Easy set up, very fast delivery. Works great so far. Good height compared to commercial sized treadmills. Reaches at hip for 5’4” tall female. Spent a lot of time looking for a good inexpensive smaller sized home treadmill and I am pleased with this purchase. Top speed is 7.5mph with 3 manual inclines.
This is an awesome little treadmill. I use it for long distance walking and some jogging . I was pleasantly impressed. I didn’t have really high hopes considering its size but it has not disappointed.
I was skeptical at first due to low. OST however, this treadmill delivers!! I’ve encountered zero problems walking or jogging, fast or slow, inclined or level. Impressed for sure!

It would be cool if it was like 4 inches wider. Our shoes tend to run on the outer guards. However, the makers/sellers want you to be happy. It’s so convenient and well built that we were surprised by the quality. Also, would be nice if we could hook up to the screen to watch movies or something but for the price, we are very happy with this purchase.
I thought you would be able to link videos and workouts to the screen on the treadmill. The motor makes some scratching noises but so far it’s working fine
