The adjustable headrest offers five positions for personalized support during different exercises. Fold it back to free up space for seated overhead presses, triceps extensions, and shoulder workouts—or lock it into position for added support during chest-supported and isolation movements.

Engineered with a heavy-duty 3" × 3" steel frame and a rated load capacity of up to 1,700 lbs, the P18 delivers solid support for demanding strength workouts. Its widened rear base and rubber feet provide a stable foundation while helping protect your gym floor.
