The Home Trial Program is only for personal use instead of commercial, rental, or any other uses for which the product is not intended.
MERACH is offering Members who qualify the opportunity to purchase their first new fitness equipment worry-free. If you are eligible for our 30-Day Home Trial ("Home Trial), you will be able to try your new Merach Product (and accessories, if purchased together) within 30 days of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your Merach experience, simply reach out to our Support Team within 30 days of delivery and we’ll coordinate the return of your Merach Product (and accessories, if applicable) for a full refund of the product.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR HOME TRIAL?
- First-time purchasers of any individual new MERACH equipment.
- For instance:
- If you already own a MERACH equipment, the purchase of a second equipment is not eligible for Home Trial.
WHAT IS REFUNDABLE?
- Your MERACH Product, provided it is returned in ‘like-new’ condition, and all gently-used accessories purchased together with your MERACH Product within 30 days after delivery.
- Your All-Access Membership fee for the Home Trial period.
- For the MERACH equipment, because of the size and weight, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your MERACH Product.
- Returns must be approved, if we give you the shipping label, We will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $100-350 depending on your location.
MERACH reserves the right to make a reasonable deduction for use if your MERACH Product is not in ‘like-new’ condition, as determined by MERACH in its reasonable discretion. In the event that substantial damage has been caused to the MERACH Product, MERACH reserves the right to refuse a refund.

You will receive a full refund on your MERACH Product, Return shipping fee is under your responsibility.
HOME TRIAL DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING:
- More than one individual model of a MERACH Product per Member.
- Accessories purchased without the MERACH Product.
- Accessories that are purchased with a MERACH Product and are not returned with the MERACH Product.
- MERACH Products or accessories returned with excessive wear and tear.
