This is a well made machine and works as I expected. It wasn’t hard to put together. Took my husband about 20 minutes. Easily adjustable for all heights; seat adjusts as do handles. Took me a few minutes to get the hang of it, but once I figured it out, I can feel the burn in my gut. It was pretty sturdy and I’m 204 lbs. My husband did it as well, and it was sturdy for him too. The little computer captures reps and time well to keep you honest. It’s a quiet machine as well. It’s a good workout for legs and arms as you have to work all at once. This is a good workout.
