Absolutely love it so far. The seat isn’t super comfy but honestly what seat for these bikes usually is? This bike provides a smooth ride and the apps help motivate consistent work outs.
Delivery went smooth minimal damage to the outside part of the box. It was packaged very well. All parts were securely taped down to Styrofoam. No parts were damaged. I am pleasantly surprised by the solid construction of this bike. It offers excellent value for the price. Assembly is remarkably straightforward. The bike provides a stable ride, the seat is exceptionally comfortable, and it operates quietly. The 15.6” 1080P screen is a notable feature, although I acknowledge that more expensive bikes may offer superior display quality. Nonetheless, I am thoroughly satisfied with this one. The complimentary Merach app, which includes cycling tours, classes, and coaching, is a motivating addition. I purchased this bike for use during rainy weather and cold winter months. I am glad I opted for this model with a screen that allows phone connectivity. Only time will tell the longevity. I highly recommend this bike.

I had an issue with the bike at first but it was my own fault. I contacted their CS they didn't respond as expected at first, but they worked hard to figure out how stupid I was. They are good at their job, attentive and ready to resolve your problem. The bike works as intended and works great. I'm pleased with my purchase you will be too! Thank you
