The packaging is really impressive, and they even labeled the parts for easy installation. I took it for a spin, it's way more comfortable than the recumbent bike I had before. I can't wait to keep using it and share more updates on how it performs.

Assembly was pretty straight forward and relatively easy. (It took longer to unpack its sturdy packaging than assembly!) The bike works as advertised, though I need to spend more time figuring out how to get my pulse to register. The lower arm rests are wobbly, but I can easily fix that with some shims. The seat is hard, but a cheap cushion will solve that. The bike is very sturdy and appears well constructed. The bike is very quiet and provides sufficient resistance to satisfy most people, particularly those over 65. It is reasonably priced and appears well worth the money. I highly recommend it for home use.
Ordered the S19 Bike late on a Saturday night and almost by magic the Bike was on my front porch when I got home from work on Tuesday. Unbelivable!
Purchase online was easy. Communications on order status and shipping timeframe were both excellent. The S19 bike is solidly built and a nice ride. My wife and I are enjoying it tremendously.
