My ab crunch came before the estimated delivery date. It was super easy to assemble and is also very easy to adjust for quick storage when not in use. The seat is nicely padded, making the exercises where you are seated on it more comfortable. The padding on the arms is very comfortable as well, whether your are using them to support your back, stomach or hands. There are a lot of different exercises that you can do with just the ab crunch! I am honestly extremely pleased with my ab crunch so far and look forward to many more workouts with it!
This works well (and comes fully assembled). The sides work separately, so it also works for arm and leg workouts, although that does mean adjusting it has to be set on both sides; I do wish there was a way to adjust both sides at once. It is comfortable for me to lean on, and the resulting workout is good, but also surprisingly fun.
I despise working out. I was on the hunt for a machine that would make it less dreadful. I enjoy using this machine, and can do my workouts while watching TV. Small and compact, and easily move to different locations and store.
I am thrilled with this ab machine. I am so pleased that is came fully assembled, since I am terrible at putting this together. I was able to use it right out of the box! I like the adjustable resistance settings, and the padded seat and padded bar are very comfortable to use. I have been using the machine for arm work outs, which is good for toning the shoulders and arms. I am also using it for my legs when I am in the sitting position and that works well too. The ab part of it has just enough resistance to isolate the ab area, but wish it was more of a challenging work out. But I love it non the less, because it's compact design and lightweight feel, makes this a winner in my book. And you can't beat how small it is for easy storage.
I got this item mainly for Doing PT on my ankle. I showed this to my physical therapist and he likes it because I can do a lot of the exercises that they have me doing without a band. This is helping to also strengthen my calf muscles. It is compact and easy enough to store. I can't wait to do the ab work on it. I would recommend this item.
