This is really user-friendly, thanks to it's 100 pre-assembled, I can use it right away out of box! Save a lot of time! It’s a great piece of kit, very sturdy and strong, doesn’t move on the carpet and is quite quiet too.What I like most is the auto-resistance adjustment function which frees my hands, immerse myself in the course! I'm really pleased with this machine.

This machine is great value for money. It's so easy to use when you can't be bothered to go to the gym after a long day at work. Like many I've bought a lot of at home exercise machines to improve my fitness and this is the only one out of all of my purchase that really makes me break a sweat. Very sturdy, have used it every day and feeling much fitter. Fairly easy to move around. Would thoroughly recommend.

Really impressed with the quality of this item, it's very well made from good quality materials.You can tell it's well made by looking at the quality of the welding which is top notch.Very sturdy and easy to move around if needed as there are wheels on the bottom. Looking forward to keeping fit and losing some weight
