My package arrived and it was damaged,What do I do?

It's hard for major shipping carriers to deliver heavy packages across the USA perfectly every single time. We suggest to open the box and take a look inside. The items come packaged fairly well on the inside, so just because the outside box is dinged up, doesn't mean what's inside is dinged as well.

Once you (or someone else on your behalf) signs for the item, MERACH will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product. To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video and check the items according to the packing list.

IMPORTANT: For items that arrive damaged or are defective, YOU MUST contact MERACH Support Within 24H and provide video/photos to support your claim that the item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning.

If a customer refuses or fails to send photos/video of a claimed malfunctioning/damaged item, this return will be treated as "buyer’s reason" and MERACH reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at MERACH’s sole discretion.
