Merach Q1 intelligent magnetron rowing machine review
REVIEW – I’ve been on a 4 day per week workout schedule for many years now. By workout, I’m talking about weight-based workouts because I also walk 20 minutes 2x a day Monday through Friday on a treadmill. When it comes to my workouts, I’ve used a Boflew, had a short-lived gym membership at Planet Fitness (this was well before the pandemic), and more recently, my equipment of choice has been a budget level TotalGym with some resistance bands thrown in when I get bored. Boredem is the operative word there. Just like with gadgets, I can get bored using the same fitness equipment day in and day out. So when the offer to review the Merach Q1 intelligent magnetron rowing machine, I thought it would be a fun change of pace. Let’s see find out!

Rowing Time Comes With The Merach Q1 Rowing Machine
Exercise With A Rowing Machine
A rowing machine is an interesting exercise device in that it’s more likely to be found in a gym than in a home. Plus people look askance at it because they’re really not sure how to use it or what it does for them. And say you should get past that, well then there’s the argument that pops up in the mind that the rowing machine is so long that there’s not going to be any room for it to be kept between uses — being that it has a long horizontal rail. So let’s address all three of these issues: the purpose of a rowing machine is that it uses both your upper and lower body on every stroke, which can aid in strengthening and toning muscles (your feet when pushing and your upper body when pulling) along with improving endurance. It’s also low impact which can be very important for a lot of people (you know who you are) and can be good for the heart and lungs due to being cardio exercise.

The After Effects of Exercising
Exercising has always been important for a person’s health and that’s just as important today as yesterday. So regardless of whether you ride a horse or a desk chair it’s important to move around and exercise. Now it’s no joke that there’s a huge range of ways that people can exercise, nor is a person’s age or physical condition not something that needs to be taken into account. Going to the gym or using home equipment or just walking around the block are all ways that people can and are exercising today. So since there are so many different ways to exercise and so many different kinds of people doing that exercise — what do they all have in common? It’s the pain that can come as a result of exercising. And whether that is good to have pain from exercising or not, all that really matters is that there’s pain and it would be good to not have it. So what to do about it other than the old joke where the patient tells the doctor “it hurts when I do this,” to which the doctor replies, “then don’t do that.” Why not try a percussion device called the Merach M1S Mini Pocket Massage Gun instead of just giving up?
