Shipping Protection

I have used the concept 2 at gyms a bunch over the years and this rower is nicer if you consider the screen that tracks your workout. From a mechanical perspective it feels solid and as good as if not better than more expensive rowers, easy to assemble. I was concerned about spending almost half of what the competitions more affordable rowers cost and I am beyond satisfied. So glad I could get into a rowing machine for such a great price and not have it be a piece of junk!

Dual-Track Ab Machine for Core Training

Loving my High Powered Merch Vibration Plate. The vibration is so strong at first I could only stand on it for approx 6 mins. But I learned if I put my feet closer together the the vibration its calmer. While on it, I twist back and forth, stretch from side to side, do deep knee bends and differed stretches and movements while on it for the first 10 mins. Then I sit down on it for 10 more mins and do different stretches with my belly and legs. I look forward to using it everyday.
