This was well worth the money…great addition to my home gym..it’s extremely gentle on the knees and back…there’s an abundance of exercises that can be done with this machine and you instantly feel the workout…I’ve been addicted to this machine every since I put it together…

The reason I'm a sideline purchaser is because I'm skeptical of products. When something interesting me, I do my research on it. The NovaWalk W50 TrekPad With Incline, I first seen through Facebook. Watched the video on Facebook and then researched through YouTube. I was convinced that is was going to be a sturdy and stable piece of equipment. I then ordered based on that and it also had incline capability. Once I received it at home, I was delighted that it was slim and very much what I needed for i have limited space in my 2 bedroom home.i have kids that play sports so I want us all to be able to work out on this machine. I have downloaded the app and found it is very useful in tracking my progress. The app syncs to your NovaWalk W50 TrekPad With Incline with ease. I've walked a mile on it and noticed after my walk it gave me a energizing feeling! I am very happy about how good a made me feel. Very empowering feeling this machine will give. If your looking for a recommendation, I would definitely recommend this machine!

I love my vibrating plate !!! I have so many positive thoughts on it and outcomes . I have been so unhealthy most of my life and at 55 years old it has changed my life !!!!

I purchased the R50 air rower. It was easy to assemble. I have used it for a week. It is very smooth in operation.
