I love both of these machines they are very sturdy and very well built.

I purchased these two machines to help so far they are great. The Shaker is wonderful to help loosen those tight muscles and to build muscle. The Twister has helped with targeting my mid section building strength and loosing weight in that hard to love handle area lol . Im 67 and im not done yet.
