A: The main differences are automatic resistance adjustment and power source:

Q1S Auto Electromagnetic and Q1S Self-Powered support smart resistance adjustment. When using the Merach APP, the machine will automatically adjust resistance in real-time based on the instructor’s settings. No manual adjustment is needed.

Q1S Manual does not have this function; you need to adjust the resistance manually.

Power Source:

Q1S Self-Powered is self-powered, meaning no external power source is needed. Simply start rowing, and the display will turn on. You can use it anywhere without worrying about power outlets.
