It was pretty easy to put together & it’s very quiet. One thing to know is it’s a lot smaller than other rowers, which is great for a small space but not if you’re tall. I’m 5’7” & it works fine, gets the job done.
The rower was easy to assemble and maneuver. Using it daily now we are in the middle of a heat wave. Its very quiet.
