This vibration Plate exercise machine is so easy to use. I have it in the living room and use it every other day while I'm watching TV. After use, my energy level is much better, and it feels like the body is totally energized. The vibration is just enough, and the plate is large enough that you don't feel like you will fall or step off while in use. After use, I just slide it underneath the sofa out of site until the next time I plan to use it. I would recommend this machine in every way to get your body energized.

I have poor circulation in my legs and purchased this to help with that and it certainly has. I sit on a folding chair and put my foot on the top of the exercise plate and let it do it's magic for at least 0 minutes. It was very easy to set up and very easy to use. It had really helped with my leg pain and my circulation is much better since I started using it a month ago. I was honestly skeptical before buying this vibration plate, but I’m so glad I gave it a chance. The moment I tried it, I was impressed by how strong and powerful it is! It really feels like a full-body workout, and you can tell it’s doing something the moment you step on.

So far I like the product. Haven't been using it long enough but works as it should. I nought this hoping it will help with inflammation in the body, help with balance for my grandmother also her osteoporosis(chiropractor recommended for this for her) but also with lymphatic drainage, I'm not certain but I think i have issues with this. I do plan to use it for helping build muscle though. I have been using the arm exercises, gradually adding in squatting, and hopefully ill start doing other exercises too. I have a heart condition so I can't do intense cardio so thought this would be nice to try. I can work out as long as my HR doesn't go up too high. Also hoping this will help my husband with his back pain but he hasn't given it a chance yet.
