This is exactly what I needed🥰 For some if us the "much beloved" sit-ups and crunches just aren't enough. And no matter how sets of 1000 you do, you just can't reach those "deep" core muscles especially in the lower abdomen; until no😊 Immediately when I used this machine there were muscles in my back, bottom arm region, and lower abdomen that haven't been used EVER!! This little device provides a much better workout than I expected. I'm a former fitness trainer who was looking for something that would supplement my stationary bike for light indoor cardio on those days I can't get to the gym or out for a walk. I also wanted something that was quiet enough not to disturb my downstairs neighbor (it makes just a bit of noise when used on hardwood floors, but it's quiet enough when used on carpet), and I found that I can get a pretty decent little workout on this waist twisting fitness tool.And when used with light weights or a 3 lb.-6 lb. medicine ball, it really targets your core.
