Delivery went smooth minimal damage to the outside part of the box. It was packaged very well. All parts were securely taped down to Styrofoam. No parts were damaged. I am pleasantly surprised by the solid construction of this bike. It offers excellent value for the price. Assembly is remarkably straightforward. The bike provides a stable ride, the seat is exceptionally comfortable, and it operates quietly. The 15.6” 1080P screen is a notable feature, although I acknowledge that more expensive bikes may offer superior display quality. Nonetheless, I am thoroughly satisfied with this one. The complimentary Merach app, which includes cycling tours, classes, and coaching, is a motivating addition. I purchased this bike for use during rainy weather and cold winter months. I am glad I opted for this model with a screen that allows phone connectivity. Only time will tell the longevity. I highly recommend this bike.
Took me about 30 minutes to set up, and it’s been great ever since. The ride is smooth, and I can really feel the burn after each workout. It’s quiet and fits perfectly in my small apartment—awesome for daily rides while watching YouTube.

About 2 weeks ago I sent a review stating that I would love to have reviewed the product but did not receive it for more than 30 days, so I really had nothing good or bad to say. I explained why I chose this product and was very disappointed because my wife ordered it and it never came. I received an email from customer care about that review. I explained the situation and expressed my disappointment. They send another email with some questions and i gave them answers they had some requests, and I tried to give them anything they needed to help resolve the issue. We read the last of many emails that they sent to us, and something clicked on our end. This was all on us. When my wife placed the order, she thought she had received a confirmation of that order, instead it was asking for her to make sure that the card info was correct because there was a date issue. That message went to spam and for some reason we missed it. I am so sorry that I sent that review but, in a way, I am glad I did. Because they responded so quickly and kept on checking and checking on the status of that order we probably would have not had this fixed. There answers and questions were very professional. It was a pleasure dealing with them. My apologies for what I said, and I look forward to receiving the product. Thank you again for the help
