I started out using it on low for 10 min after my morning coffee. I either put on prayer/or meditation music and it’s a nice little wake up shaker lol This past week I started using the arm attachments for arm exercises. 3 days later, I feel my upper arms burning lol It motivates me more than anything now. I have energy after I use it and gets my butt moving for the day. I still only use it 10/min on low no matter if its just w prayer or exercise. I def see me upping intensity on it. It’s very stable to stand on, but I still place it facing the wall so I can stretch against it or incase I lose balance. Design is nice.
My mom who is 70 and has knee, hip, and back issues did not like using hers. I don’t know if she used it right (or even tried it lol) but I couldn’t think of an easier way to get her moving. She didn't want a walking pad so I thought babysteps with this. I don’t think she even opened her manual to see the different ways you can use it. Because it shows sitting in a chair with feet placed on it can help your legs. Idk, I’m almost 50 and far from perfect shape, but this machine has me motivated and I love mine. I believe it’s worth a REAL try. I’ll update my progress later:)

I love my vibration plate. I have issues with foot pain and restless legs at night. I use this plate before bed or when I get up. It has helped tremendously with the restless leg. I also love how it feels like my circulation is top not after I step off of it. I have also noticed that when I am on it with different positions (holding my head to the side or bending over) it helps other areas of my body as well. My neck gets a great stretch and my balance is challenged as well. I love it. I feel more steady on my feet and very energized after I use it. It is too soon to tell about the weight loss part. BUT, I am hopeful. All of the different settings are a huge bonus. Try them all. Try new standing positions as well. I have discovered something new almost every time I use it. You will see the difference almost immediately.

So far I like the product. Haven't been using it long enough but works as it should. I nought this hoping it will help with inflammation in the body, help with balance for my grandmother also her osteoporosis(chiropractor recommended for this for her) but also with lymphatic drainage, I'm not certain but I think i have issues with this. I do plan to use it for helping build muscle though. I have been using the arm exercises, gradually adding in squatting, and hopefully ill start doing other exercises too. I have a heart condition so I can't do intense cardio so thought this would be nice to try. I can work out as long as my HR doesn't go up too high. Also hoping this will help my husband with his back pain but he hasn't given it a chance yet.
