This vibration Plate exercise machine is so easy to use. I have it in the living room and use it every other day while I'm watching TV. After use, my energy level is much better, and it feels like the body is totally energized. The vibration is just enough, and the plate is large enough that you don't feel like you will fall or step off while in use. After use, I just slide it underneath the sofa out of site until the next time I plan to use it. I would recommend this machine in every way to get your body energized.

I have poor circulation in my legs and purchased this to help with that and it certainly has. I sit on a folding chair and put my foot on the top of the exercise plate and let it do it's magic for at least 0 minutes. It was very easy to set up and very easy to use. It had really helped with my leg pain and my circulation is much better since I started using it a month ago.
